“I was skeptical of how thin they seemed when I took them out of the packaging. They are amazingly well cushioned under the ball of my foot and the toes where I need it most. The overall thickness is perfect for my trail running sneakers. My feet still get hot-not sweaty-just hot. I'm not sure any sock plus sneaker combo will alleviate that. If you are at the higher range of sizes I would opt for a size up.”
