“Product is basically OK once you can find out how to install it. No installation instructions or parts list included: delivery note gives a website to download instructions, but the file is compressed with a programme I've not come across before. Once I found a programme to open the compressed files, none of the instructions apply to the disc and mountings actually supplied! The product should include installation instructions, diagram and parts list - costs pennies, costs hours and frustration to the customer!”
