“Received Sat dish and accessories but with no assembly instructions, so not sure if I have all the parts!! Have made numerous calls which went through to answer machine. Left messages but no reply even though they promise to get back within 48 hours.
If I had seen the reviews mentioning the very poor customer after service I would have steered well clear.”
“The Zone 2 Dish Kit was delivered promptly and all the components were of good quality. The instruction diagram for the dish didn't exactly match the components I had been sent which meant that, for a non-professional like me, putting it together involved a bit of guess work but I managed. The SAT finder is basic as you would expect at the price. I suggest downloading the 'satellite pointer' app without which I couldn't have managed to position the dish properly. It would be worth system sat adding a note about the apps available to their instructions.”
