“This case should've been made with a glass protector not plastic. In order to use the case I need to remove tempered glass I had on my son's S5E. After a week of use my son accidentally dropped his bottle on top of the screen and it crack the LCD of the tablet. Think before buying this case. Now I need to pay $330 for a new screen replacement.”

“I am writing this review after a few years owning this case. It is sturdy and will stand bumps and falls as advertised. With great features, such as the protective screen that would help to keep in place your tablet and prevent any damage to the real screen. It comes also with a strap to carry it around when you go travelling, this became very handy for my son who is 6 in our walking for the airport. During all this time has been serving to its purpose almost flawlessly. Recently we had an issue with one of its legs coming out of its hinge when fell to the floor with this part unfolded. I read a review from other customer complaining about the same issue. I thought I would had to replace it, but then I found the way to fix it. You only need to take the tablet out and bend the foam to introduce the stick serving as a hinge, pushing it from inside, so it returns to a middle position. Then you fit your tablet again and should be working properly. One thing to notice is that the protective screen is made of flexible plastic and would get scratches and marks through the time.I only found a flaw with its design, and it is that the deep of the foam sometimes makes difficult to access the buttons and inputs. For example, I had problems connecting a headphones jack in place because the mold kept pushing it out, and only could attach this accessory by using an adaptor that had a thinner head that would plug propperly into the device.Overall and comparing this case with others similar in the market, I would still recommend this model as the best. It offers more feaatures than others and definitely seems more sturdy. The one piece body and handle avoid any further issues with the stand mechainism to fail with use. Its design is also more compact that other models and is available in a lovely range of colours.”
