“Overall the product is excellent. One thing you do need to know is: the iPad screen holder portion of the case only rotates to the 90 degree position. It does not fold under the keyboard portion of the case.”

“I had an issue with the case I purchased in January. Customer service has excellent communication, very willing to help to solve the problem. I really appreciate it. This is very trust worthy company. Case is solid, gives good protection for your ipad. Kyepads may be slightly smaller than regular lap top keypads.”

“I purchased the case in January 2020. The case lost ability to hold up the screen, which is upper rid holds whole ipad. It was July 2020. I contacted the seller, they gave me great communication and customer service, providing me a new case. I was very grateful. Unfortunately, very same case broke again in different place in November 2020. The bottom of the case where the hinge is, bottom corner detached from main body, I can no longer close the case. I tried to contact seller twice through Amazon site, 10 days later, there was no response. I sent e-mail to the representative directly who helped me in July, there was no response. I have been ignored completely for almost for a month. I contacted the Amazon customer service explained the situation, but he insisted that there is nothing Amazon can do, I need to contact the seller......I am very disappointed with the product now not lasting for even one year with regular use. This case is heavy, because key pad part needs to be heavy to hold up the screen, which is whole ipad. It is possibility that hinging part gets stressed due to this. Key pads are smaller than other case with key pad I used to use. I wanted to have hard protective shell for the ipad, so I purchased this one. Again, I ended up with very unlucky. If you purchase this case, it may work well for you, or you may have similar problems as I had, and customer service may or may not be reliable. I will not buy any product from this company again.”

“I love the case a lot. The only thing is that it didn’t snap in at the top. There is a little gap on the top case so every time close my iPad and try to open up the case it lifts off.I had to improvise and use a two-sided tape on the inside of the top case to hold it in. It’s working.”
