The keyboard was ok but the shift key on the right side is awkward. Doesnt feel like natural position. Also would be nice to have a .com key, rather than keying each letter.

I have an iPad Air 2 and it is about 3/4 of an inch smaller than the case, so its not secure. The Shift key is also smaller than my previous keyboard and that will take some getting used to. On the other hand, it does not require batteries, but can be recharged and that is a big plus. I think Ill like it all in all....

I've had another clamshell case for my iPad before that was much lighter than this one, so I was surprised by how heavy it is. It's not unreasonably heavy, but just quite a bit more than I was expecting based on my last one. However, it's very sturdy and does a really good job of keeping the iPad from tumbling backwards because the weight of the keyboard part gives it balance. The charging feature is very handy. I charge the keyboard while plugged into a wall jack, then charge my bluetooth headphones from the keyboard.
