“In the first 6-months. This product; Protected the case with hardshell plastic. Enabled simple and effective blue-tooth keyboard functions. Held up the ipad suffienctly. Since then the product has degraded unaaceptably. In the following months the shift key would stick making all letters capitalized. Next, the enter and space bar would stick, making the device keyboard simply unusable. It is still an okay case and phone recharger.”

“In February of 2018, I purchased this unit to use with my iPad 4 so I could continue to use it as a second "computer" at home. It worked wonderfully and I used my old iPad with this case almost daily. In the first week of July, I noticed a problem with it linking with my iPad and some of the keys in the top row weren't responding. I emailed Cooper Cases and explained the problem. I received an almost instant response and after only a couple of information exchanges, they shipped me a new one at no expense. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the company. Rare to find in today's world. I will never be afraid to order more products from them.”
