“Good looking item, but I thought expensive for what you get. I read a number of other peoples reviews and decided to go for it as I find the i-pad "pop up" keyboard really annoying. No instruction information provided regarding the keyboard for UK use, just a basic "how to connect". At first it would not connect the blue tooth link, having charged it up, it then connected. The case cover and the keys feel somewhat cheaply made and for me the top does not open far enough, and I note others say it scratches easily, but it was a perfect fit for my iPad4, power bank a very useful bonus. The key board although US spec, appears to operate ok, but it took me hours trawling around various reviews and trying to use the customer and FAQ site (which really is not much help) to discover where the £ sign was hidden I eventually discovered it quite by accident as being under the 3 when you press the shift key, not as a previous reviewer John (the Cabbie) 17th Jan, who found it was linked up with the (#) Hash Key, (glitch in China with programming??). There are many other hidden symbols/letters. Why can't a small information sheet or sticker be provided for UK customers. I have only given 3 stars as have found it will not, as advertised/specified, put my iPad in "sleep mode" when the cover is closed but it stays on until auto shutoff, and of course it does not "wake-up" either when opened. However I will persevere with it, and not return it at the moment. The manufacturers guarantee offered with it is only 3months (doubled if you register immediately) this I think is extremely poor, but of course, under British Law the retailer is responsible for a defective item for quite a few years.”

“The case is very nice but the instructions are not very complete. I went to the website that was supposed to have more instructions but just found the same short sheet that came with the case. It seems I have to reconnect the Bluetooth keyboard at each use. I could not find any info on whether this is normal (if so, it's very inconvenient). Also confused as to when I'm charging the keyboard vs charging the iPad. Would appreciate thorough instructions.”

“So far so good! We've had it a few weeks and it has converted daughter's ipad into a laptop for all intents and purposes. It's a great way for younger hands to learn to type.”

“I only left 1 star because it arrived on time. The case had TINY KEYS and is very CHEAPLY MADE for how expensive it is. Needless to say I am returning it. I bought it for my iPad 4, which it fit but was a terrible product aside from that. Keys on the Belkin Quode are perfect.”
