“I have only one BEEF with this product but it is actually more of a tablet BEEF so read the following carefully. When you go to your add device/bluetooth option on the tablet to begin pairing the keyboard, be sure you have a pen and paper ready to write down the passcode that will be generated. If you fail to get the passcode right the first time you may have a problem getting another one generated during additional attempts. The tablet wouldn't give me a new passcode. I had to call Dell and have them help me bring the tablet back to factory settings. This procedure was not that inconvenient because I recently purchased the tablet and there was nothing important on it. If you DO have important documents and pictures, use your SkyDrive App to secure your things before doing this. Digging up the correct telephone number for Dell was another issue. So here it is 800-308-3355 or 866-210-5778 if you need it. Besides that, it is best accompaniment to your tablet in terms of functionality and beautiful leather style. Worth every penny. I love it!”

“After approximately 7 months of light usage, one of the flimsy clips holding the tablet in the case has broken, in common with the experience of other reviewers. It has not been dropped, and the the tablet has not been taken out of the case once. Apparently there is no warranty, and no right to a replacement after 30 days. Please learn from my mistake and do not buy one of these.”

“I didn't have laptop money at the moment but I did have my kindle fire 7 inch. So I bought this and I love it. It's adorable, small, the case actually protects the tablet and it works! The only thing is that it doesn't work with some apps and games but it's perfect for typing on the go or internet surfing which is really all I is it for. The charge is awesome. I haven't charged mine in days and it's still good. Just be sure to turn off the keyboard when is not in use to extend your time using it. Overall, the price is great for this product. A+!!”

“Quick setup via WiFi. The case's own battery life is good and does not require frequent recharge. Have not discovered yet if it has a mouse like cursor control or trackball.”
