“4/5 on the easy to use section because it doesnt really have an option to prop it up at a 90 degree angle, so its always at an incline. This perfectly fit my simbans Picasso tablet, is light, and appears to be very nice quality. I can attach my tablet pen to the strap meant to close it which is useful. Ive used it to write a paper on my tablet and it worked out great. It keeps my tablet safe while tucked into my bag until I get a bag for it, so overall Im very happy with this purchase.”

“I order the Cooper Infinite Executive Universal Keyboard Folio for 9-10.1 tablets, after connecting everything I found that the space key would periodically stick down. I contacted Tablet2Cases.com and advised them of my problem, within a day I had a response asking me to provide more details about the problem and to provide them with a picture. In the mean while I had worked on hitting the space bar a lot lot more and found that the issue improved itself. I advise them that I thought I had resolved the problem and would not need any further help at that time. Within a few more days they came back to me with an email advising me that they were sending me, directly from their warehouse in Hong Kong, another case from a different manufacturing lot and that I would have it within 2 to 4 days. When it arrived I installed the tablet in it and everything has worked fine. Great company to have worked with. They know what "Customer Service" is.”
