The keyboard is just not well made and not reliable. After less than 10 months of ownership, I have had keys stick, and (more frustratingly) keys stop functioning altogether temporarily. When that happens, it becomes impossible to get things done. The keyboard is also very small and difficult to get used to, even if you have thin dextrous fingers.

The keys were different to the symbol on the key, in place's and eventually some keys dropped out. Threw it away.

Bought it just a half a year ago to use it with my tablet whenever my main laptop is not around, during holidays etc. It was quite convenient piece. Even though I did not use it much it has stopped functioning already. Several keys do not respond. Disappointed with the quality. Unreliable.

The case is great, it's easy to use, does exactly what I expected it to do. If I'm 100% honest I'm not keen on the catch, I think it would be better if it was magnetic and better still if it was smart i.e. that it hibernated the tablet when closed but for the price it does really well. Quality of the materials and the manufacture is good. I like that I don't have to take the keyboard with me if I don't need it. One observation is that the power inlet on my tablet sits under the corner clip which is a mild irritatiion - the elastic clip will move to allow the mini USB to slot in but it's just a bit annoying.

Excellent quality - the case itself is light and durable, while the keyboard has surprisingly well spaced keys and great feedback. Easy to set up, too. I also had great service from the Tablet2Cases team - my first keyboard started acting funny and not charging after a couple months, but the team acted quickly and sorted it out for me within days. Superb.

It is pretty cheaply made. The cover is flimsy. At least it does have little tabs at the corners to hold the tablet instead of just Velcro. My biggest beef is with the Bluetooth that connects the keyboard to the tablet. It seems to go on and off arbitrarily. This is a nuisance for me but a big problem for my 88-year-old mother for whom I bought the set-up--so she could do email. I am on the verge of returning it to Amazon for this reason. A second annoying problem: the port for charging the Samsung Galaxy tablet that we have is on the bottom when the tablet is in the case. This is right on the case's fold and makes it difficult to use. In fact, the charging cable only fits when the case is lying completely flat. This means that the keyboard cannot be used when the tablet is charging.
