“The small metal piece plug in for key board was glued in and not secured well at all. Stayed on the tip of the charger cord, when cord was taken out. There fore key board is now useless. Have only had this case a little over a month. The support flap on the back, to hold tablet up, is flimsy, and does not support the tablet in an upright position. Very disappointed.”

“I love the design of the keyboard and case but for some reason or another it will to connect with the Fire 8HD tablet. If it would I would be keeping it. Every time the tablet would recognize the keyboard, the keyboard would not work even when paired. Tablet only allows for the touchscreen keyboard to work. Unfortunately I love the sturdy design and the firm hold for the tablet. Because of its connection issues with the Fire HD 8 item will be returned.”
