“One of the plastic brackets to hold the tablet in place broke as soon as I tried to insert the tablet and stretch the elastic to reach the edge of the tablet to hold it in place. The placement of the brackets is too tight for the 10" Alcatel Joy Tablet. I ended up cutting off all the brackets and using Command Strips in the case and on the back of the tablet and that is working.”
