“I’ve owned this type of cover before, so I was not prepared for this miserable surprise. Unlike other brands, this cover is very rigid and inflexible, AND IT DOES NOT FIT AT ALL. It comes with virtually no instructions or troubleshooting guide, of course. The customer is encouraged to bend the cover as much as needed, which is misleading, because it is far too stiff to bend much. I have a 2nd generation iPad 12.9, per the model information shown on the screen under “About.” I ordered the cover for a 2nd generation iPad 12.9, and I double-checked my order. Unfortunately, the Cooper Cases packaging does not identify the size anywhere. After struggling desperately for five minutes, and now drenched in sweat, I realized I was eventually going to snap my iPad in half, before it was ever going to fit. I could tell just by eyeballing, that my iPad was too large for the slot provided. I don’t think anyone could have put this cover on my iPad, but I would strongly recommend that no one even attempt this feat. If you break your iPad while trying to put this cover on, you are out a thousand dollars, but this company will only refund you the twenty-five dollars you paid for their product. Yet again, a company is using Amazon as a dumping ground for bad merchandise. For shame.”

“My screen which was perfect got cracked by putting it in the case. I’m so upset. At first I thought the screen protector broke but when I went to take it off I realized it was my actual screen. I bought a case with the hopes of avoiding this”

“I had to return 2 covers because I got the wrong size. I ordered twice in blue color and it came for smaller size Ipad. The third one was ordered in black and it was perfect. The product is a perfect fit for the 12.9" Ipad (A1584).”
