“We’ve used this make and product on previous devices and been really happy, so we ordered without research. The new version for the latest device despite being advertised as ‘compatible, is far from it! It is hard to insert device into aperture - the old one had a fold down easy slide in design, making it easy to install remove clean and reinstall... this one is far too tight, it nearly took my finger ends off to get it in, and I’m unlikely to get it out... certainly not easily! It had to be ‘shoe-horned’ in with a knife meaning the risk of damage to the device. It should not be recommended for the latest device and should return to old style design for sure, which was just as robust... may even have been thicker for added robustness!? Scoring retailer down as they sold it as suitable and compatible.”
