“The letter d is stuck. I had bought it in advance as a gift for my daughter so we did not open the package until a few days ago and now it is not returnable. It is a significant issue if the keys on a keyboard is stuck! Quality control should have caught a major issue like this and not put the product on the market. Great idea, but I just wasted $40.00 on a gift that I will need to re-buy.”
