“Very good product. The plastic coating on the charger wore away quite quickly, but it still works. I couldn�t find the instructions in the box so I had to look online. Apart from that it worked very well.”

“2019.01.01 Update Cooper Cases customer service is over the top. they were very attentive to the issue of not having all the back-light colors and expedited a replacement cover and keyboard set that I received in about 2 days. Because of their customer service effort I am giving the product 5-stars. 2018.12.12 Update The sticky keys issues has resolved it's self once the keyboard charged for 6 hours. I am now upgrading to 4 stars. It would be 5 stars but for some reason i only have 6 back-light colors instead of the 7 that are advertised. It's not enough for me to send back or ask for a replacement but it's not as advertised. 2018.12.10 First, not sure how many other prospective buyers are looking for an keyboard/cover combo that fits the Alcatel 3T 8" tablet (TMobile), this one does. My tablet is 5.9" x 8.3", with a 9.5" diagonal measurement. This product fits well on my tablet. Second, i'm having issues with sticky keys the one press of a key creates a double or triple character generation when typing, i.e. pressing "n" = nn or nnn. Not all keys are like this and it doesnt matter whether you quickly tap the keys or typing at regular speed, the results are the same. So not sure if the keys need to break in or if the key board needs to be fully charged. I have contacted coopercases.com using their help email address (typed the email with the sticky keys so they can enjoy the keyboard as much as I am at the moment) and am waiting a response as to whether the sticky keys need to be "broke in" or if the keyboard is defective. I will update when I have more information.”

“I had a self-created issue with getting the keyboard to work with more than one device. Customer service replied to my inquiry with an explanation that worked. Cant ask for much more than that. Keyboard works great. Case is fine.”

“this is possibly the best accessory i have ever bought :) aside from the quality case, the keyboard key quality like a laptop, its so good. Backlit keys are subtle and cool. Love it, can actually use my tab like an android laptop, I am now actually typing this. There are 3 options to switch between ios, android, and windows. I havent looked what this is for yet, assuming its keyboard shortcuts. Nice kit indeed”

“This little keyboard is amazing! I have a samsung galaxy tablet 8.1 inch screen and holds it in place. Very good quality case. The keyboard itself is very responsive, just like an expensive laptop keyboard! I absolutely love this product, may buy another for future - just incase! The only downside is that it has no English pound sign only $ but not a huge issue as use it for typing and social use mainly.”
