“I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, who has a Samsung tab A 10in. He just started opened the package two weeks ago and started using it. Although he loves the look and texture of the case, he continues to complain that the coloring is already rubbing off the edges of the case and that the tablet does not sit right in the holder at all. I have seen him take the case and open it and it looks like the tablet might slip out. Yes, I did buy the correct size because I asked the seller before purchasing to assure I wouldn't have any problems like this one. My husband has also complained that it does not stay open and is flimsy that it folds on him, meaning the tablet will fall while he is using the keyboard to type work documents. We have not had any issue with the keyboard, but the whole purpose of buying a case with the keyboard was to also protect the tablet, which we do not feel it does a good job of doing that. Unfortunately, we will be returning this item and requesting a refund.”

“The fitted keyboard has scratched the screen of my tablet. When placed in a backpack or similar the two sides of the case rub and with the fitted keyboard this has caused loads of scratches on the screen of my tablet. Hugely disappointed as this was meant to protect the tablet not damage it!”
