“Couldnt work out where the 0 key was or why it wouldnt connect to my pad until my husband pointed out it doesn't have a 0 key but instead has two 4 keys side by side which is a tad inconvenient trying to contact seller currently to get problem rectified nearly £30 for something with a defect is not what I was expecting will happily up star rating If problem is resolved”

“I really like this case. It is really well made and has a quality feel and appearance to it. I was also really pleased that it arrived after a couple of days as was not expecting it to be delivered so quickly due to the pandemic. It makes typing on my galaxy tab a lot easier and it feels like I have a mini laptop. I love the coloured lights on the keyboard (shallow, but I like pretty things and it's easier to type without being in a well lit environment) and it has been linked up easily to several different items (tablet, mobile, TV etc) easily enough. It takes some getting used to as it is smaller than an average keyboard (but I think I've adapted fairly quickly to the spacing). The finding of some of the symbols/functions can be a little more difficult to master, however, if you contact the company, they will assist you via email support. They are really good at this and this customer care makes a customer feel valued. While I'm adapting, I'm sometimes switching between typing with the keyboard and the virtual keyboard on my tablet screen but feel this will become easier over time.”
