“First, I think Cooper Cases does a good job of standing behind their product, but if you purchase it through you will have to go the usual route to receive a refund. I was not impressed with this case. It's massive, so I don't know how it would feel on a 9-inch tablet (the lowest size they say it fits) but mine is 9.7 inches and it was engulfed by this case. The texture of the cover isn't great. It's a bit strange and uncomfortable to hold for long periods because it makes your hands sweat. The backing seems flimsy. I do not think this case offered a great deal of protection. The utility of this case might be good for someone who will benefit from that, but I ended up not using the strap, so I just had empty D rings that were a bit obtrusive. The magnetic flap that holds the case closed is very annoying and flops around when the case is opened. I would not buy again.”
