“With my Samsung Tab 3 8 inches, I discovered that the 4 corner holders are TOUCHING a portion of the surface of my tablet in such a way that it makes the tablet think you have something touching the screen, which disable the buttons of the tablet. I'm surprises of this fact because the touched section (of the screen) is OUTSIDE the black screen area !? When in this situation, I cannot for example close (shut off) the tablet: the power button doesn't work. Same thing for the middle button of the tablet (to return to the main desktop, where are all the icons) that doesn't work :-( It took me a while to understand the problem. I thought my tablet was broken, until I discovered this happens only when hook in the case by the 4 corner holders. When I finally take off 2 of these corner holders, everything goes fine. I tried to play with these corner holders: they are kind of moveable/adjustable, but it's hard (not impossible) to make my buttons of my tablet to work by trying to adjust those corner holders. Beside that, the keyboard case works perfectly, with the mouse: no problem of functionality beside my problem of corner holders touching/pressuring the surface of my tablet.”

“It was tough to get the keypad to connect I had to take it in to the mall tech store and they had a tough time too but finally got it. I was doing it correctly just the software to install is not great with Bluetooth.”
