“Touchpad stopped working on some apps or websites”

“Extremly inconvenient keyboard. The tablet seats inside not straight, and one corner is higher than another (and you can't switch it). Additionally, it reacts vveeryy slowly. Some buttons don't work (for instance language f7 button simple doesn't switch to some languages. I use 4 languages, and it doesn't switch to Ukrainian and Hebrew at all! only English and French). Huge disappointment. I don't recommend to buy it!”

“Arrived quickly. Overall, not a bad case. One issue is that the sound control keys, F11 and F12 do not function properly. When the F11 Key, is pressed the sound actually goes up instead of down. When the F12 Key is pressed the sound goes down instead of up. Completely opposite of what is indicated on the actual keys. Contacted manufacturer. They requested more information. Sent information. They requested a picture. I indicated to them that a picture was ludicrous, as I was sure they knew what their unit looked like. They responded that I would be required to contact Amazon, that there was nothing they could do to help.”

“Its a good case. I love the touchpad feature. However the strap that holds the case closed hangs over the top blocking tablet view. Ive tried to fold it back and it keeps flipping forward. It would have gotten 5 stars if it was offered as a hard case like the Zagg including the touchpad. I only say this because it is difficult to use on your lap and needs to be on a flat surface. Overall I really do like this case.”
