“Keyboard was ok except that no mattter what I was doing, the screen I was on would disappear and a calclator would cover the page. Looked for the calculator app so that I could uninstall it but never foune it. Returned the tablet. Amazon customer service however, is the best!”

“I'm very happy with my new keyboard/tablet case. It looks great, with components (keyboard, tabs to secure tablet to case, etc) that are sturdy and aesthetically appealing. Set-up was easy, too, and just in case they followed up with a link to set-up help, with clear directions and links to additiona help if you still need it. Few will, but nice to have. A great product at a compelling price.”

“Well designed/very stylish/good quality and fits my tablet perfectly. Only issue is that the response time with the keyboard is little delayed. I tested over different networks and the bluetooth technology causes a delayed effect with the communications with the keyboard and the tablet.”

“I bought this case for my ZenPad and love Love LOVE it. The tablet fits perfectly, and is held securely in place. The magnets holding the keyboard and clasp are quite strong, so I don't have to worry about the keyboard/ tablet falling out. The keys 'click' when depressed, thus I never wonder if I've missed typing a letter. It looks and feels very well constructed- a quality item. This case turns my tablet into an easy-functioning mini computer, and protects it well enough that I can throw it in my bag without worry. Yes, 'kick stand' that allows you to prop it up sometimes collapses, but I solved that with a pop sickle stick (you could use cardboard) placed along the elastic strap. Not even close to deal breaker for me. At first, I had a problem with the touch pad not being responsive. The customer service team addressed the issue quickly, kindly and were super helpful. I would not hesitate buying this product. If there is a problem, I have no doubt it will be addressed with satisfaction.”
