“I don't like the lack of a signal for a full charge. Also, the keyboard starts to malfunction during a low battery, ie touchpad sensitivity is reduced, keyboard doesn't register your pressing.”

“I haven’t had this long enough to answer to durability but the case feels good, looks good, the keyboard is fine and I like the mousepad. The overall thickness is pretty thick with the tablet in it. Overall It works well, is attractive, and decently priced, just wish it were a little thinner.”

“Update: The keyboard started malfunctioning after a few months. Case and keyboard made charting so much easier that I bought another, keyboard acting up within a couple weeks this time. I sent an email to the company letting them know and asking if replacement keyboards were available. No response to question but did get a survey a few days later asking how their customer service was. I will try another company next time. Case arrived in 2 days. It fits my tablet perfectly. Used all day, keyboard stayed charged. I love this! I do wish it had a cutout for the camera but removing tablet is easy, Which is amazing since it also keeps the tablet very secure.”
