“I bought this small device to take my fire tablet to college, which started in January, but school was remote learning so I didn’t use it. I have a lap top and desktop. I turned it on less then 10 times - just to set up my tablet. Now I’m trying to use it and it doesn’t work; it’s completely dead and won’t charge. I tried various cords and outlets…nothing. I’m so sad. I can’t afford another.”

“I could not get it to pair with my iPad. They give you all of this fancy company info but they do not have a live customer service number. It was a nice case but I could not get it to pair so I returned it. No good live customer support. They suck. Revaluate your support team”

“Brought this keyboard to add with my table just in case I had to type something like an email quick. The cover protect my table and it connect quick through the bluetooth. The only down side is that even when I am not using the keyboard and is turn off, the battery in the keyboard does not stay charge for long, but not completely empty.”
