“Bought this as a birthday present for my mom since she has been using her laptop more often during the Covid lockdowns. Table is HUGE with a lot of space to put a small mouse/mouse pad onto, the phone holder is a great feature, the book holder is great since you can use it anywhere, and the cup holder is good for holding drinks/pens/etc. The table does sit a little higher than expected, but it's not an issue since you'll be able to sit up for the most part to do any work necessary. A must buy item!”

Hi James! Thanks for sharing your feedback. We would love to hear more about why the product is not suitable for use on a couch. Back in December, you contacted us about buying our Cooper Mega Table, and we assisted you in placing the order (we also offered Free Shipping, which for this product is not applicable as it is overweight). On December 31st, which was 9 days after placing the order (busy season), you contacted us saying that the product was lovely, but that you wanted to return it (we consider this a change of mind). If we would have shipped an incorrect, damaged, or somehow false advertised product (which of course we try to be as clear as possible in our listings), then we would have taken care of the postage fee. We explained that because we did ship what you ordered, we wouldn't be able to cover the return postage fee, which based on your research was $52.00. We have no control over this cost, you received this shipping cost straight from UPS. Our resolution was to give you a 20% discount if you decided to keep the product (on top of the free shipping you received), or you could return the product at your expense, and we would refund the order in full. We understand that this resolution might not be the best for you, but we are trying to be fair based on the situation. As a company, we will definitely look further in our process, and find a way to avoid issues like this from happening again. - Tablet2Cases Team -
