“I have a 17.3 inch laptop, and was trying to find a lap desk that would hold both my laptop and my mousepad at the same time, so I didn't have to have a separate box or wood slab or something for my mouse. I bought 4 (and returned 3) lap desks that said they had enough room for a laptop and a mouse, but this was the only one who genuinely had the room I needed. On the other ones, my laptop had to be hanging over the side by 2 inches to make room for the mouse. This one, not only is there no overhang, there's an extra 2 inches of space for my cords and headphones to be plugged in without worrying about my cats unplugging them by walking by and rubbing up against the desk. This thing is solid, heavy, and feels sturdy. It's a little tedious to fold and unfold, but given how big it (thankfully) is, it's not really even a complaint from me, since I don't fold it up very often. Tldr, if you have a mouse and a mousepad, just save yourself the frustration, and get the big desk. A lapdesk is useless if you're spending all your time balancing your stuff off the edges.”

“I wish I could have used this, but I bought it for someone else and she could not manage it. It looks super sturdy and has wonderful features. The shipping was good, the return went very smoothly (love how easy it was to return). I have given this product (& company 5 stars because it was terrific but it didn't work out. C'est la vie.”
