“I bought this product in December last year for a ipad pro 12.9 3rd generation. It has falling over ever since I got it never stands up. I have to prop it up next to something. Now reading some reviews in my search for a different one people are saying there's stands up. Not sure if mine has been defective since I got it I just thought it was normal just gad design.”

“Agradable al tacto, pero no se queda parado con el iPad se cae, muy frágil la base aun así lo tengo que sostener se supone debía quedar sostenido con la base ,para poder mirar alguna película...NO LO RECOMIENDO, tu iPad corre peligro de quebrarse”

“This WILL NOT fit a 12.9 iPad Pro newer model (2018+). Absolute garbage. The warehouse sent the wrong one the first time and now the actual one doesn’t come close to fitting.”

“The media could not be loaded. UPDATED REVIEW ON SECOND ORDER: The attempt of giving it another try and re-ordering the same item that I previously returned turned out to be a success purchase. This time, I got a non-defective and sturdy one aside from the fact that it is obviously durable and easy to hold. It stands steadily and doesn’t fall now. The shipping and handling was again perfect and the packaging has always been great. This is definitely worth it especially that it is in black color that cannot be found from other sellers as of this time as they only have blue and hot pink. I am really glad that I followed my gut to give the seller a second chance as I am now a very happy and satisfied customer. And just to be clear with my purchases, I returned the first one that I initially ordered and declined their offer of a replacement. I re-ordered the product only because of the color so I really took the risk of purchasing it knowing that I might get the same issue. Thank you! INITIAL REVIEW ON FIRST ORDER: It could’ve been a nice product as it is very light, it comes with a free plastic screen protector and it came with a good packaging. The shipping and handling was fantastic too, kudos to Amazon! It defeats the purpose of buying a case that could stand when it doesn’t. The handle that serves as the base was not sturdy enough to hold the weight of the iPad Pro. It falls and doesn’t stand.”

“The open area on the glass screen needs more clearance (maybe 1/16 to 1/8th inch) at the top and bottom so the fingers can properly perform the gestures to get the iPad to work. Also, a little more open space on the “on/off” button and volume “up/down” buttons so the “screen shot” procedure can be performed more easily (must hold down both to capture a screen shot). Otherwise a great case.”
