“I think this is a good choice for crafts or laptops on the floor, couch, or bed. The work surface is large and non-slip. There are a lot of adjustments for angles and heights. It looks nice and folds down compactly so I can store it under the couch when not needed. There are a few issues to be aware of. First, the legs fold far too easily, so you may have a collapse by simply trying to slide the item over a few inches. It has already happened to me. Second, the release for the height adjustments is very easy to depress, so it can drop downward when trying to grab the legs. Finally, the work surface, which has a sort of faux leather texture, tends to scratch easily. These are all things that can be dealt with, so its still a worthy purchase. I don’t need the accessories that sit underneath (slide out drawer and attachment for reading paper books), so I wish those were removed in lieu of a thinner and more stable form when legs are folded.”

“It's a lot more stable than I thought it would be. I am able to use it on top of my normal desk to convert it into a standing desk and it's not wobbly when I type, which is what I was worried about. I also makes a great little coffee table that I can do crafts at in front of the TV.”
