“First, it's soooo cute! It makes the iPad look like a tiny laptop! Anyway... aside from that, this case is sturdy: it is made of aluminum, so it withstands your everyday rough treatment on the road. Aluminum is very forgiving of scratches. Then there's the added functionality of the keyboard, which works great. Bluetooth connection is the only way to go and the battery life is pretty awesome. I only recharge mine every two or three weeks. When closed, the case snaps tightly in place and has never come loose accidentally. My only concern, not deserving even half a star deduction, is that the lettering is starting to wear off some of the keys; off the Enter key in particular. But by the time the letters completely fade, the iPad itself might have become obsolete, so... Just one more thing: some keys have four functions. I am not sure this is covered clearly in the instructions, but you have to use Ctrl-key to access the upper-right function of such keys. (The other three functions are normal, Shift-key and Fn-key.) So, to type a hyphen, you'd hold down Ctrl and then press the 0 key. Did I mention the keyboard has arrow keys? It is so much easier to select, cut and paste using shift-arrow than with touch gestures. Neat. And when you need to access the iPad's alternate keyboards, just hit the \keyboard\" key to toggle between the case's keyboard and the iPad's on-screen keyboard. This case/keyboard is an all-around winner!!!”

“A little weak on battery life, it fits the small format iPad nicely, and is light and easy to use. Keys are small, but that's part of the price you pay for such a small form factor. A good value.”

“This keyboard works just as expected and it even snaps onto your ipad mini as a case cover - how clever! I have a smart case for the front of my ipad and a clear cover for the back. The only minor issue I had with this was that I had to remove the back cover when I wanted to use this keyboard. It wouldn't fit into the slot with the cover. Another thing worth mentioning is that it is small (Duh! - because this is an ipad MINI after all), but I am very petite with really small hands and I found it hard to use. I definitely can't type with my fingers on the home row - I have to hunt and peck with a few fingers. But, like I said, it can only be so big being that it must be fitted for the iPad mini. So I gave it 4 stars for the product itself - it's really nice looking and feels solid.”

“The case is good but of slightly lower quality than a similar purchase a year ago. The older case/keyboard was all metal and very nice quality, this one has a plastic fitting and is not nice looking but does do its job OK. I suspect it is not as strong. I requested expedited shipping and the case package was mutilated by customs although thr keyboard was undamaged, In addition, the the package arrived with a COD fee for customs brokerage which was not expected and as a result the overall cost was inflated to more than double the listed price. The product is nice but the handling is stupid. If this happens again I will refuse the package.”

“I bought this as I love my iPad mini. I love that it is small, so when I saw this cute little keyboard, I thought this was the thing for me. It is very compact and fits in the mini perfectly. The bad thing is that the keyboard is too small to type on. I am a small person and I couldn't even type on it. There is a tab right in front of the space bar (to close the keyboard over the ipad) and you can't even use the space bar correctly. Very annoying. I returned it and got a full size keyboard. I would rather deal with the bulkiness than deal with poor typing and have to redo my work every second.”
