It works as a case to hold the tab when not in use but can't be flipped over to cover the back when using the tab. Also it's so light in weight that using it you must hold it down so not to tip over. And FORGET using the tablet in the keyboard portrait style unless you have something propping it up behind it (like a suction-cup mushroom BT speaker, for instance). The little bit in front of the keyboard was not a issue at all. I'm not going to return it but am giving it to my Dad who has a iPad mini and though it won't work as a case for the iPad it will work as a keyboard and will hold the iPad properly to type with it.

The case is a bit overpriced for the quality of build it offers. The keyboard function is perfect, but the looks just don't do it for me.

I like this keyboard, it is nicely made and does what I need it to do. Although, I thought I would be able to stand my Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 vertically in the keyboard, but not the case. I carry it with me wherever I take my tablet. I really like how slim it is and it keeps my tablet nicely protected.

Purchased this as a travel keyboard for my iPad Mini, works as designed. Keys are small, keyboard is roughly the same size as the iPad's onscreen keyboard, but is a little easier to use with proper typing technique. it does take a little time to get use to, but you can type at a good pace on it. Would not recommend it for people with larger hands, but works for me. I wear a size 6 ring, so I don't have too large of fingers/hands. Worth the price as a second, easy to travel with, keyboard. I did type this review on the keyboard.

Granted, for $23 I wasn't expecting much but this little keyboard is great. On the downside, the keyboard is small and takes some getting used to. That wouldn't be so bad but when using a keyboard with an iPad (any keyboard with any iPad), the auto correct is disabled. So the small kets can be a challenge if don't like typos. Also, if you do get one of these, just note that the bluetooth connection is disabled when you attach the keyboard as a cover UNLESS you turn the keyboard off first. Turn the keyboard off first then clip your iPad to it - when you pull the two apart, turn the keyboard on and the two will automatically connect. As far as the iPad sitting on the keyboard, I don't have any complaints. The magnetic connection is great. It doesn't tip or fall out. Feels more secure horizontal than vertical but works both ways. I highly recommend this keyboard. I typed this whole review on it. Love it.

I love how the case looks and fits...and that's about it. It's way too light and it tips over if unsupported. It's also kind of hard to detach the tablet from the case when it's snapped together-it doesn't slide. My advice: pass on this case unless you're not buying it to actually use it.
