“I got this for my brother and as soon as I set it up, it had problems with charging. I thought it was the cable, however, having switched that, they still dont charge. I only had the chance to use it once, it gave me about 50% more battery. It lasted a while.”

“I bought for the convenience of not having to plug into a micro usb port, and it exceeded my expectations on that aspect. However my 2 complaints are the following: 1. the battery packs are a bit too small (they dont quite get me a full charge on an iphone X) 2. the usb plug should be on the other side of the batteries, to allow us to leave the lightning cable connected to it while its recharging on the magnetic base”

“Ive had this product for quite some time and for some reason i always think it will work fine the next time i use it...WRONG! lol They never fully charge, and they are not fast charging at all. Maybe i got a defective product. I have to say though, that i do love the look of it and how small the batteries are. I bought this for a trip and it was easy to carry around...it wouldve been great if they worked!”
