“I bought this because I like the design and I needed a power bank for myself and my partner to extend the battery endurance on our iPhones. He is currently using the IPhone SE and I am using the IPhone XS. We both tried the orbits and they only charge for a few minutes and all the sudden stop. Then the orbits seem to be empty. Very disappointing as they dont even fill the battery halfway. Doesnt do what its supposed to do: charge the battery. Not useful and for the amount of battery charge it provides, its a useless waste of space in my handbag/my boyfriends backpack. I would send them back if I could.”
