“First time using this, I connect it to a wall and plop both of these babies overnight to charge. In the morning I come back, one of the two is still lit up and the other isnt. So I try to pick up the power bank that seems charged, end up realizing its burning my skin especially near my thumb. Dropped it quickly. Now Ive got a burn that seems a little more long-lasting than a few minutes on my thumb, and in the meanwhile the other power bank is completely fine and at a hold able temperature. It seems like the heat did more damage than burn me. The bottom side of the power bank with all the ports is slightly deformed at the side, making the IN port actually unusable. This is a bit of a safety concern for me for now. Ill see if maybe I can get sent a replacement or something along those lines. Aside from what I said above, the product has a nice aesthetic to it and is smaller than expected, which is good. Just a bit unsafe for me.”

“Discovered this product through Youtuber, Randomfrankp. I bought it for a roadtrip, for my sister and I to use. The battery life is amazing, and the product came in great condition. Ive had it for a couple of months now, and its still the best power bank Ive owned. I have no complaints.”
