The product claims a 5000mah capacity, however, it only seems to produce 1800mah. I suspect that they are using a single li-ion pack instead of the required amount. The chargers feel way too light as well. Short of taking it apart and not being able to return it, I would be cautious purchasing this at its full price. The lack of a charging brick is also a joke, they include a flimsy plastic usb connector, instead of the sturdier metal or even a micro usb or C type connector. The cable included is the flat type so trying to hide it or tuck it away behind a cabinet is possible. The charging lights do not provide battery info like capacity left and charging time. It just blinks at one end. The saving grace is the contact points to charge the units. Its super convenient, but that benefit is lost to a subpar product. This is just a repackaged charger pack, the benefits are lost to the lack of foresight and thought to everything else its supposed to do. Avoid.

I really like the feel of these. They are super lightweight and I love the charging base. I did expect them to charge a bit better though. One pack wont fully charge an iPhone XR. It does however get you out of a pinch when your phone is dead.

Got these go save cables when recharging the power bank itself. Only regret is I didnt buy a bigger set. Its changed the way we use chargers. 1 will charge 2 I phones form 20% or so to full between recharging. Going to get a six set and do aeay with all the plug in chargers in the house

For 20 you cant really complain. Rather than complaining Ill instead be critical of the product. Its a good product as far as quality is concerned; doesnt feel cheap, instead quite solid and feels like high priced goods. USB connector is slightly confusing at first, as I had it the wrong way round due to it being only half a connector and not the full thing - I probably should have been more aware however, Im not used to these type of connectors. Even if it does look fancy. Charge time for both packs (on dock & connected to a UK mains power outlet) is not the best. Took around 7+ hours to charge both at the same time, not sure if the time will reduce if one is on charge. Charging devices is not great either, charge my iPhone 8+ at 73% while one pack was on full charge, got to 100% after about 1 hour 30 minutes. It also carried on supplying power to the phone at 100% which it states it does not. Then with the same pack I charged my iPad at the same percentage of 73% (coincidentally) left it until around 86% then noticed that the battery pack only had half the amount of charge left (as indicated by the light on the front). While using one pack I left the other on the dock (mains turned off), I came back later to charge the other pack and noticed that the pack I didnt use which originally had full charge was charging again so it lost some juice some how. Sorry for the essay but thought it could be valuable information to people.
