“Terrible value for $50. Best part about this product was the fancy packaging it came in. The leather is sticky and uncomfortable to hold, even after weeks of normal use. The edges are crinkled so tight that it feels like if I gently rub it I might shed the leather off. The case is also very thick which causes the phone to get significantly hotter than I’ve ever experienced. Just touching the glass when I’m watching YouTube videos on cellular data is uncomfortably hot and occasionally causes phone slow-downs. The problem doubles down when it’s plugged in and charging. I would not reccomend this case to anyone and if someone reads this and is looking for a high quality, stylish leather case like I was, I would suggest hunting down the official apple leather case for the SAME PRICE as this, yet the Apple leather case is far more comfortable in the hand and the heat issues never existed. I only bought this because my Apple leather case has worn down over 2 years of use and it’s tough to find them in stock, but now I realize it would’ve been worth the effort.”

“Really like the design but the leather is surface-dyed and just does not stand up. They talk about developing a patina but the color comes off instead. The black version is the best for wear; tan looks like crap in very short order.”

“I bought these at $10 off, was really excited to put it on my new iPhone Xs at the time, it looked premium and the color was great. A week-in I dropped my phone and it chirped the case from one of the corners, I was kinda bummed, contacted the rep team and they refunded all my money, no questions asked, over e-mail. I have since dropped the phone way and it case has hold up well, maybe the first fall was just unlucky. Anyways, 10/10 for the look and service. Probably a 8/10 for durability. Since I love leather as a case, I would definitely buy again for my new phone.”
