“I recently purchased this case for my new iPhone X along with a glass screen protector. While I was out walking the other day, I had the misfortune of dropping my phone on the street. It was about a two-and-a-half-foot drop. The case protected the phone, although the impact broke the screen protector and put a hole in the case. Coincidentally, when I got back home, I had an email from the seller asking me if I was satisfied with the case. I told her what had just happened, i.e., that the case did, indeed, protect my phone but that I was a little disappointed in how the case held up upon impact. I told her that I thought I would look for something a little sturdier. She told me that the case comes with a two-year warranty and that if I would email her a picture of the hole in the case, she would replace it at no charge. So that’s what I did. Talk about great customer service!! It’s a great looking case, very smooth and sleek. It may also be adequate protection for most people. The whole experience was a little too scary for me, so I did end up ordering a different case that claims to have military-grade drop protection with air-cushion technology in the corners.”
