“Looks high quality from a distance and provides decent protection for your phone. However, the case makes it harder to press the buttons on the side of your phone and it doesnt develop a true patina over time. It just sort of discolours in areas, so its probably not going to age as nicely as the Apple cases. Its close - but no cigar.”

“Very pleased with this cover. It fits snugly and gives a good grip (which is important since having moved from a smaller 5s to the XR, I find the XR slippery & easier to drop) Cosmetically the dark blue case is a nice contrast to the sky blue back (which peeks out a little through the camera hole) Only had it 2 weeks, so early days as far as how it ages. Worth the extra money for this cover”

“I bought this about 10 months ago hoping it would be as good as the leather cases Apple use to sell. I have not been disappointed; it is very well made. The XR still fits snuggly in the case, and the leather has aged very well. I will certainly consider getting another one when I upgrade the phone.”
