“I ordered direct from Mujjo (it was a better price at the time), but thanks to "world events," my shipment took more than 2 months to arrive. In the meantime, I contacted Mujjo periodically for updates and they were ALWAYS very prompt with responses and they worked hard to make things right. I would definitely trust them with future orders. Their customer service team was fantastic. Now, for the case itself (black, for an iPhone 12). It looks great. The fit is perfect. There are no gaps, there is no misalignment with the sides of the phone, and it has a very low profile (the edges rise above the glass by about 1 mm or less). The case's buttons are all properly aligned, and they require the right amount of force to activate the phone buttons. The case is slightly textured -- it's leather, after all -- so it feels smooth but also has enough sliding resistance against my fingers to give me a good grip. It's not as "grippy" as a silicone or rubber case, but it also doesn't attract dust and dirt like those materials either. It looks classy. As for drop resistance, I can't say; I have not tested that. But since the case fits so tightly against the phone, I have to wonder. If drop resistance is an issue for you, then you might want something more chunky. And as for durability, I haven't had it long enough to comment either. But if that appears to be an issue then I'll update my review.”

“Cheaper and quality alternative to the Official Apple leather cases. Like all leather cases avoid water and edges can get damaged. All in all, would totally recommended!”

“I bought this case because I saw it on an iPhone 12 review. I was initially attracted to it by the looks and purchased it. It has really nice packaging. I have had this case on my phone for a few months now and I am disappointed. The leather chips/scratches very easily. I had purchased a leather case from Target on an old phone and it held up better then this case, and it was a fraction of the cost.”
