“The packaging for this case is really nice. It’s a trifold box that holds the case securely. I will be comparing this leather case to the Apple leather case I bought originally. While the Apple case fits perfectly, I got the Golden Brown color and it stains easily and doesn’t “age” as nicely as everyone says. The orange colors get stained by blue jeans quite easily and it doesn’t look good like the Apple employees will have you believe. First off, this case is NOT MagSafe accessory friendly. There is no MagSafe ring visible like with the Apple case as can be seen in the photo. Additionally, my MagSafe wallet does not work with this case which is disappointing. It does allow for wireless charging but it didn’t work with my MagSafe charger despite it saying it should. So far, I think the Apple leather case is the ONLY leather case that is MagSafe accessory friendly. And for the high cost of this case, I think this is a serious problem. If you can afford it, get the Apple leather case. Second, the fit is almost as perfect as the Apple leather case. You won’t be able to tell the difference unless you really pay attention as you put the new case on. However, it looks great and I can’t complain. The leather has a great feel and looks sharp, much better than the Golden Brown Apple color. I like the saddle brown leather shade and the buttons are perfectly positioned. No issues with volume or powering on/off. The edge is also slightly lifted so it protects all around the phone. The felt inside is really soft. I honestly felt that the Apple leather case had a softer lining but the difference is minimal. The etching of the brand on the back is also a really nice touch similar to Apple’s etching of the ? logo on the back. Overall, it’s a nice case. But for because of its inability to work with what I consider critical MagSafe accessories, I would say that if you can afford the extra $10, get the Apple leather case - just maybe in a darker color.”
