“I initially had issues at first to get going with this device, but the outstanding customer service I received from the seller was able to help me troubleshoot the issues I had. You will have to email them to receive a link to download the compatible software. DOing a simple search in iTunes did not get me to the file that I needed. Installation was easy, but getting it to work was tricky. Customer service helped me with that issue also. I have been using it just fine for the past week without any issues and this device is handy for me to transfer the notes I take in class on my iPad Pro to my laptop at home.”

“Recently I have a chance to test one of external disks 1 I got a 16gb gold version, similar like original gold iphone but a little darker. Not sure is FOXCONN product, but looks decent. 2 Installation is easy, plug into Iphone will pop a windows on the phone to ask downloading UDATA app. 3 The app is very easy to use, one button to backup your pictures to this disk. Or use the camera button to store your pictures to this disk. 4 It has online storage, but looks like not provided. 5 Transfer speed is very fast, faster than using computer. 6 Plug into computer with the USB port, you can use as regular USB disk. So, why would you need this one? 1 No enough space. You need this if you have 16GB Iphone. 2 Copy data from another Iphone. Very nice feature, I love this. 3 Hate slow ITUNES, Copy files is very fast. No need computer. 4 Backup your pictures. Cons: 1 Little big if you expect something like SD card. The size like a old 8GB usbdisk, just a little wide. 2 You dont know which file copied. Either copy the whole folder or need to search... Recommend this if you are IT person.”

“Arrived well within the estimated delivery time. Came well packaged. I love the colour of them. The good thing about this is that i can save things from my phone unto the flash drive and put them unto my computer.
