“One of the only reasons I bought this case was because the item details says it has additional side pockets/zips for storage. This case does not and customer service enquiries proved pointless as the responses were over a month late and sarcastic in tone so I felt like I wasn't taken seriously and gave up replying. While it does the job of enabling the case to be slung over your body, that is the only positive to this case. The mini iPad slips around inside, often needing readjustment to take a photo or use the home button, which is usually a hassle as the case is bulky surrounding the tablet you usually have to curve you finger inward to try and press it or use the screen. Do not recommend this case if you want easy access to your tablet without having to shuffle it around all the time.”

“After only one month of having this bag the lock failed the tab that's keeps the bag closed has snapped I will be returning this bag for refund or replacement . If the lock didn't fail after one month I would have giving perhaps five star rating because I like the style the comfort and the size of the bag”
