“I wrote an earlier review but wanted to let people know what a great company that you are buying from. I wrote a review giving it 4 stars based on my experience about the quality of the product but the only thing wrong with the product was the magnetic switch did not work but that i did not care since i liked everything else. But to my surprise they read my REVIEW and sent me a NEW one without any other feedback!!! FIVE STARS plus!!!”

“Bought as a birthday present for my dad and he loves it? Quality seems good. Bit disappointed with length of time it took to arrive as I ordered it in plenty of time for his birthday but took 17 days to arrive so was late for his birthday. The tracker showed it was dispatched within hours of order but it sat at the airport of country of departure for 12 days then another 6 days to get to me after arrival in the country of destination. Seems if you don't pay the extra postage then it just gets put to one side for a few weeks.”
