“The charger does not work as expected/described. Used once successfully - every subsequent time the charge has not held by the cell and the I watch hasn�t been fully charged.”

“Really loved this product as its built-in battery helped when I forgot to charge the watch and needed to run out the door. However, after 10 months of owning the product, it stopped charging the Apple Watch. It shows a charging light but it never charges up, even 1 percent. The pins can be difficult to line up but I definitely made sure it was seated properly but its definitely a problem with the unit. Ive reached out to support and I will let yall know how it was handled. Thanks!”

“Not happy, it is supposed to charge the phone using a 5000mah battery but it does not charge. Only time it charges is with a USB cable into a 120Volt block(not included). Its hard to close the lid with Watch in the case unless you take off the band as the back of the case hinge gets caught in the band.Only thing that works is beside the bed after wrestling with stuffing the band in a certain way.”

“The case looked little overkill in he picture, but after receiving it, I found the case useful, especially for traveling. I use it every day (unfortunately) and it works great. From a 50% level, it takes a little over an hour for a full charge. Not only can you charge any small device from the base unit, there is also the watch charger with it own battery that you can carry in your pocket.”
