“Bought these lights for my Tacoma but after 3 months one of them almost caught on fire I guess it was just a flook saw smoke coming from my fog lights and one of the led chips had burnt out and was bright red. Contacted tacoma beast and they are sending me a new pair now but other than that they are really bright and work perfectly I think I just got a defective one in my pack but thanks to awsome customer service tacoma beast always adheres to there warranty’s and always replaces anything that is defective I love this company and will continue to purchase more items from them looking forward to getting my caliraised led skids very soon love y’all over there at tacoma beast kelp up the good customer service!”
“These "3-in-1" lights are really something. I like the machined construction and sturdy frame, plus ease of use. Be sure to test the light BEFORE installing them as there is polarity to them and if connector installed backwards, will not light.
I would suggest to TACOMABEAST that the drum used for the locking cam be staked once final assembly complete, to prevent it from screwing out backward. On one out of the two the drum was not as tight as the other and was able to unscrew it, making it harder to install right (had to devise a way to keep in place when tightening as it was "jumping over" the little dimple that keeps in in place).
Also, giving better support to the cable as it comes into the light may be something to think about. It isn't bad, but one good tug/pull and I could see it getting damaged. I used some zip-ties to secure the cable from flopping around as I drive.
Overall, I am really happy with these cool lights that give you a selection of different light intensity based on driving conditions. The white is very bright, just what I needed and not the crummy stock fog lamps. The yellow light I would have liked it to be a bit more amber, but is not bad... and works very well on dimly-lit roads and rural areas. Finally the combined light gives you a great in-between for city driving. Money well spent.”
