“Love the way they look, and the rack is super burly on my 2021 TRD OR. The cross bars are very strong and don't flex much at all. Very happy with it.
Putting the rack together is very straightforward. The modular crossbar connection options are plentiful. You can pretty much put the cross bars wherever you want them.
The hardest part of the instal was modifying the OEM weather strip for seamless connection points to the top of the taco. It was a bit surgical, using wire cutters, drills, and a saw to cut the metal strip out of the rubber weather strip and adding silicon to the connection points to the roof of the truck. It took me about 4 hours from unpack to install. A solid chuck of that was modifying the weather strip to be perfect.”
“The rack itself is nice, solid, and looks great. it comes with no install directions at all.... this is dumb. I watched a ton of install videos on youtube to figure it out. everything went great other than one of the front screws does not catch so its in but not they way the others are. I did use double sided tape and a ton of silicon to prevent leaking so hopefully it does not cause any issues in the future. all the install stuff aside. the rack looks awesome and im sure will serve many purposes on my truck.”
