“soooo. I only received 50% of the product. I received the 2 sides, and two out of the 3 cross bars. it didn't come with hardware, the 3rd cross bar or the 2 support brackets. It took 3 times longer then the original estimated lead time. so far the the 50% of the product I did receive seem VERY NICELY made. the welding and powder coating seem high quality, heavy duty. I look forward to getting the completed order and carrying 2 - old town sportsman kayaks or going to the mountains with roof top tent.”
