“Easy to install if you take your time and pay attention to details. The bottom clip from my 2017 Tacoma came off with the old assembly. The only way I noticed was when I installed the new light assembly and the bottom didn't seem to "Pop" in like the upper clip and was noticeably looser. After inspecting the old light assembly and where it attaches to the fender I noticed that there's a black plastic/rubber piece still on the old light assembly bayonet. After removing it and reinstalling it back in the fender, everything secured much better.
Other than having the lower clip piece give me some issues, everything else went according to plan. No issues with the connections.
I really like the way it looks now. It gives it a more distinct look and matches the subdued look of my Magnetic Grey Taco.”
