The Good: great price, super flush fit, nice finish
The Bad: required some modifications, instructions are terrible
These sliders look and feel great but were a bit more work than I was expecting. First off the instructions are terrible, the pictures are so grainy you can’t even see what they are referencing. I didn’t check for an online set but you should, hopefully it would be better. Second, there are various holes in the frame mounts for rivets on the frame. They all lined up except there was one rivet per side that didn’t have a hole. The sliders won’t sit right with it there so I had to drill a large hole to clear it. Thick steel, cheap drill bits, it was a pain but got it done. Third, there are 2 brackets that basically just pinch the frame rather than bolt through it. One of them fit no issue but the other is this weird “S” shape that is supposed to sit on a flange on the frame. On my truck that flange tapered down to flat right where that bracket goes, so I couldn’t use it. I ended up cutting up the bracket and welding it back together so it pretty much looked like the other “pinch bracket” from the kit. That worked well.
With those fitment issues sorted the sliders look amazing and feel super sturdy. I don’t like the “step” style sliders, I wanted them high and tight and these fit the bill perfectly. The finish looks great, we’ll see how it holds up once I have more miles on the them.
As long as you are comfortable doing a little rework yourself if needed I would definitely recommend these.”

“I recently purchased these sliders for my 2012 double cab short bed Tacoma. I have not put them to the test yet but from first sight they look great on the truck IMO. If you’re looking for a lo-pro slider look with functionability then these are it. The welds are decent. The only issue I had was to run all the hard ware to connect them some of the hardware gets in the way of the break lines which can be sketchy. That was my only one gripe. Other than that I love them. I will probably just have them welded as well.”
“Took the truck out on a fairly difficult trail couple days after this install and these sliders were put to the test, rock after rock. There is some flexibility when all weight of truck is on the sliders, but everything bounced back into original position once off the rocks. Only down side is there are no instructions for installation, if you’re a handy person you should be fine, otherwise have someone install for you. Overall a fantastic purchase.”
