“These lights look great and work well. I'm glad I got them to add to a gradual blackout of my truck. This little detail goes a long way in updating the style over the chrome stock lights. The only reason for 4 stars is that the install needed modification to fit. There is a guidepin inside the mirror that fits into a hole in the new light. The hole for the light is beveled at an angle which actually prevents the frame that holds the light in place from sitting appropriately flush. The guidepin wants to go in straight, but the angle inside the hole sort of blocks it and tries to push it inward which causes it to spring back out when you let go. I had to drill the angled part of the hole out which allowed the guidepin to slide in perfectly. From there, everything sat flush and I was able to tighten everything back up and reassemble. I would recommend trying to come in from the side as much as possible as well to avoid mangling the bottom weatherstripping when pushing it down into place. Overall, super happy with the final result.”
“Excellent first mod for my 2021 TRD Sport. Easy to install except it was a bit un-nerving taking off the side mirror cover. It sounds like it's breaking but it isn't. I chose wait until my truck was parked in a warm garage for awhile before going any further. It was twenty degrees outside and plastic gets a little brittle at that temp. Once installed, which was really a snap they looked awesome and worked so much better than OEM.”
